Electrical accessories can be subdivided into two sub categories i.e. products which require to be installed in accordance with the 18th edition IEE Wiring Regulation. Adaptors 

Adaptors A 2 way unfused and 3 way fused block version accepts the plugs on the sides or top of the block.

Travel Adaptors 

Travel adaptors allows the 2 pin etc sockets in foreign countries to be converted to accept UK and Ireland plugs and some have incorporated usb outlets.

European travel adaptor is designed for use on the continent, countries such as Spain, Portugal France Germany and all the holiday islands in the Med.
