Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 30 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Should you wish to return an order as unwanted or no longer required within 30 days from shipping date we will refund in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of the return to us
Delivery Information
It is our intention to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt however should a situation arise where we have not shipped the goods within 72 hours of receipt of your order we will send an email to advise and supply an estimated shipping date. On receipt of the email you can reply and either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order.
Delivery charges within the United Kingdom are calculated on a order size/weight basis. Please note the delivery charges are displayed at checkout .
All order value of £50.00 incl Vat or more are delivered Free within the United Kingdom using our Standard Delivery 3-5 days option
